By accessing and using the Paid mobile application ("App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Paid for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Your use of Paid is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as set forth in the Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Paid may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Subscription fees will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The materials on Paid are provided on an 'as is' basis. Paid makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Paid or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Paid, even if Paid or a Paid authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
The materials appearing in Paid could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Paid does not warrant that any of the materials on its app are accurate, complete, or current. Paid may make changes to the materials contained in its app at any time without notice.
Paid may revise these terms of service for its app at any time without notice. By using Paid you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
